Onboarding
Once you arrive, the Fenris People Team provides location-specific support for essentials such as helping with apartment finding, applying for an Icelandic ID number and healthcare, as well as renewing residence and work permits when applicable.
We offer structured onboarding support and regular check-ins to help you navigate your new work environment, get up to speed in your role, and build connections across the company.
To help you settle in, both professionally and personally, we also offer a buddy system for local guidance and cultural integration.

Social Fenris Creations
Fenris Reykjavík has an active fun club, 'Fun Division', which keeps our social calendar full with a wide variety of events throughout the year. From exclusive film screenings and nights on the town to ski trips, Christmas bingo evenings, tabletop roleplaying sessions, and pumpkin-carving competitions, there’s something for everyone.
Each Fenris location has a dedicated social club that organizes regular activities and events, making it easy to meet colleagues, build friendships, and feel at home as part of the Fenris community.
Fenris Reykjavík is also home to our in-house band, Crowd Kon7rol, which regularly takes the stage at company celebrations, bringing extra energy to events such as our Christmas Party and Fanfest.
